Breaking the Associations Related to Smoking Cigarettes

I quit smoking more than fifteen years ago. I was a chain-smoker and I thoroughly LOVED to smoke! I especially thought it was a great way to "calm down." I now realize it was the carbon monoxide that was relaxing me. Scary.

Well, one day I discovered this plan after my mom came up with the idea that this whole "Quit Smoking While Still Smoking" is based on; breaking the associations related to smoking cigarettes. I drew up the plan, which is basically a "Special Calendar" and tried it for myself. Wow, I was a non-smoker within six months! And I was only trying to cut back. Even though I enjoyed smoking I also knew that it was bad for me, as well as everyone around me (second-hand smoke), so, even though I didn't really want to quit I knew it was time.

And you know, smokers almost alway worry about gaining weight once they quit smoking. With this plan weight gain is really not an issue because you are not replacing the cigarettes with food. In fact, unlike other quit-smoking plans, you are not replacing the cigarettes with any thing at all, except good old-fashioned common sense.

I'm excited for you to give it a try too, especially if you love smoking the way I did and don't really want to quit... I think you'll be amazed that you really can do it!
