Quit Smart - using this simple Common Sense Plan"
- identify what you're doing every time you light up a cigarette; with coffee, with meals, during break at work, talking on the phone, etc., etc.
- then make a list of these associations
- write these down in the smoking calendar included inside book
- smoke anytime you want to except during the association/s you're in the middle of breaking (choose up to three at a time but best to begin with only one at first)
- by the 28th day (or less) you will have "kicked the habit" of this particular association
- now, move on to the next association until you have cut down to your desired level or keep on going until you are a non-smoker!
I was hopelessly addicted to smoking cigarettes. I had been a smoker for ten years with no end in sight. Even though I was concerned about the effects of tobacco smoking I still found it impossible to quit. I had tried many different quit smoking plans but was unable to break the emotional connection associated with smoking. In fact, the emotional connection was exactly the reason I couldn't quit. Every smoker I have ever met who went cold turkey was an emotional mess. Granted, some handled it better than others but even so, there's no getting around the fact that quitting smoking abruptly is pure agony.
Why quit smoking all at once when there's an easier way that doesn't cause distress and irritability?
This plan is so discreet that no one will even know you're quitting! You can smoke fewer cigarettes today just by taking control over when, where & how much you smoke just by identifying and breaking the associations related to your smoking habit. By tracking your progress in the special smoking calendar, that comes with the book, you can actually see and feel the results every single day!
This is the Quit Smoking While Still Smoking plan in a nutshell. What quit smoking technique could possibly be easier? As you can see this plan is based on pure common sense and can be easily and discreetly followed at your own pace. Once you get the feel of controlling when, where and how much you smoke, you'll find out how easy it is to just keep on going until you're a non-smoker
